The Company DGS SPA takes the user’s privacy very seriously and is committed to respecting it in the terms provided by the applicable regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

This Privacy Policy provides information on the processing of personal data collected through this website or through the contacts indicated herein and therefore constitutes information to the interested parties in accordance with the aforementioned regulations.

 

Use by minors

The Service is not intended for use by minors; DGS SPA asks that such individuals do not submit personal information through the Service. If your child has submitted personal information and you wish to request removal of that information, you may contact the Data Controller as indicated below. In any case, the Data Controller will immediately delete the data as soon as it becomes aware of them.

What data we process

The following categories of data may be processed

  • Data provided voluntarily by the user

Your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone contact, company and professional role) entered voluntarily during registration in the restricted areas of this site, by filling out the forms for sending requests for contact or demos, or given by sending communication (email, telephone) to our contacts, will be processed.

There is no provision for the processing of particular categories of personal data (formerly sensitive data) by the Owner. We therefore invite you not to provide us with such data if not strictly necessary for the nature of your request.

The data will be processed by not subjecting the data subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, pursuant to Article 22 of the European Regulation.

The provision of services, involves the acquisition by the owner of the email address of the sender and/or any other personal data that will be used exclusively to respond to the request or respond to your report.

The processing of personal information about you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

The treatment will be carried out on computer and paper and your data are collected and stored both in computer databases and in paper archives.

The processing will be carried out respecting and applying the security measures suitable to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and completeness of the processed data, according to the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR and in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller.

 

Duration of processing

The data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as indicated in the specific Informative present in the relative areas of the site. In any case, the criterion used to determine this period is based on the respect of the terms allowed by applicable laws and by the principles of minimization of processing, limitation of storage and rational management of the archives.

Data access and communication

Your personal data will be processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with the principle of necessity and proportionality, avoiding the processing of personal data when the operations can be achieved through the use of anonymous data or by other means. We have adopted specific security measures to prevent the loss of personal data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access, but please do not forget that it is essential for the security of your data that your device is equipped with tools such as antivirus constantly updated and that the provider who provides the Internet connection guarantees the safe transmission of data through firewalls, spam filters and similar measures.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or any other competent authority.
